The people there were very nice and explained things very well. They kept me informed about my vehicle along the way in a variety of ways (calls and text messages). I picked up my car and the repairs looked excellent to me. They also gave me instructions on what to do in various situations when I was leaving. I would highly recommend this location to others. Great service. Kept me updated the entire time through the repair process. When I got the vehicle back it was fully detailed and completely cleaned on the inside. Fantastic job 10 out of 10.

My wife came back and the manager was dismissive with any concerns my wife brought up. Tried to excuse everything away. Plastic cllp on interior trim he claimed they get worn and things happen. Claimed our vehicle has been in multiple accidents, when in fact this was the first one. My wife tried to point out chips on the top spoiler which he again dismissed.. He said everybody picks up their vehicle and says that wasn't there before. So much for customer first. Not professional at all. I'll give you four stars for communication and keeping us up to date and one star for customer concern.
