Everything was awesome except the communication to set up my appointment. I went in on a Tuesday for the assessment and was told I would get a call to set up my appointment. I waited for 3.5 weeks before calling the store again myself to see what was happening. The lady on the phone said "oh im so sorry, I've just had so much on my desk" and then immediately scheduled the appointment for work to be done. Why did she not call me for almost a month and then it was super easy to set up?
