They over delivered!!! The communication was exactly what they promised & then some! My Rav4 was a HUGE job, took 24 days to complete and I am beyond satisfied with the work! They even took the time to vacuum the entire vehicle:)

Working with the Gerber Collision team on Manitou Road in Rochester, NY was a great experience. The staff are wonderful people and very efficient at handling the entire process from the beginning to end. I have not noticed anything out of place as of yet. Everything appears to look satisfactory on my car repairs. I am not sure what kind of irregularities to look for in the repairs to my car, but I don't seem to notice any. The staff at Manitou road were organized, pleasant, and efficient. The whole experience went very smooth.

Every part of the operation there is locked in, efficient, polite, informative, ext. Truck was in there and out quick. Had parts in and got to work immediately. And done immediately. This location is huge on TLC! They updated me frequently. But MOST of all my truck was repaired and also interior detailed!!! Amazing getting back into my truck. Great operating over there and like i said people are top tier !!!!!!!! Great great staff and operation.

10/10 expirence with Gerber collision. The communication and updates were so helpful. The front grill that was fixed/ replaced was completed beyond my expectations can’t even tell it had work done, just seamless. Also my front bumper where a few scrapes happened looks brand spanking new! Whoever does your auto body/ painting does a fantastic job. They also curtisy detailed inside a little bit too and that was just super sweet to see when I got into my car at pick up. I definitely plan to come here for body work if it’s offered for personal work and not just insurance. Thank you to your whole team!
