My parents took a vehicle to be serviced here many years ago and because of their good experience I chose Gerber (Mueller) to service my car. After my experience, with the extended duration of service and the fact my car wasn’t completed when I first picked it up, my parents have said they will not recommend your services in the future. However, I appreciated the offer for a rental when my vehicle wasn’t adequately completed and for the complementary ride home. I was also pleased with how easy it was to get back into the shop to fix the loose pieces on the front of the vehicle. I am generally happy with how my car looks now, but I’m undecided on whether I will choose Gerber for any of my future vehicle issues or recommend services to a friend or colleague.

The duration took longer than expected based on the initial two week wait. When I retrieved my vehicle the service was not complete after having it for 7+ weeks (not including the 2 week wait).

I would have preferred to be better informed of the service progression, since I expected the car to be worked on after two weeks. I did appreciate the courtesy ride home and the complementary rental offer when the issue couldn’t be fixed when I had to return my car for repair.

Attempted to contact office many times by phone, would be put on hold immediately (“thank you for calling Gerber Collision, can you please hold”) with no further communication. Stopped in office and was told “I don’t know what to tell you”. After contacting corporate office, finally received a call from office and repair was then completed in a timely manner. Car was there for over a month before contacted.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SHOP I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. A kindergartener could have done a better repair. Shop manager was an absolute ASS. Even my insurance company said they have had multiple complaints on this shop and will no longer be willing to work with this shop ( GERBER COLLISION OF GREENFIELD). Now I'm left to hiring another shop to complete the repairs to satisfaction
