Kyle (service representative) was very polite.I brought my car in to get an estimate on May 18th. I was told parts would be ordered that week. I signed an authorization form that day. I left my car overnight on May 25th for work to be started on the 26th. I called about 4:00 on May28th. I was told I had to sign an authorization form. I told him I already had done that. When he checked my folder he found the form. This wasn’t Kyle. This gentleman said the ordered parts were expected that afternoon. Since they close at 5:00, I don’t think the parts came in until Friday the 29th. On Monday June 1st I received an automated message thanking me for letting them work on my car. That seemed like they only started working on the car on June 1st. I was told in the beginning it would take 5 days to complete the work.I could have the use of my car for another week. On June 4 the message said additional parts had to be ordered and would be delivered early the following week. On June 11th I was told the new tail light didn’t work and they had to order a new one. I wasn’t happy. I finally picked up my car on June 12th. The car looks good. I am not pleased with how long it took.

I was thoroughly pleased with my total experience with Gerber. From the initial greeting to walking out the door with my repaired vehicle. I have used Gerber in Greer on multiple occasions and have always been pleased with the repairs, but this time was different. They seem to have undergone a positive change. They seem to be more customer oriented, from Carey who greeted me and checked me out to Kyle who did my estimate and Tony who took charge of my vehicle and returned it to me at its completion. The work was completed, doing everything they said they would before they said it would. I couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you Gerber of Greer.

I had an amazing experience with Gerber Collision! Having an automobile accident is stressful on many levels. However, from the first day we met Tony and the Gerber team, they immediately welcomed me and showed concern by first asking me if I was okay. Tony then reassured me that my vehicle was in good hands and he would keep me informed throughout the process. True to his word, Tony was exceptional in his communication with me. My vehicle was ready when they said it would be and honestly, I was overwhelmed at how well it turned out! My vehicle looked like it did when it came off the showroom floor! The Gerber team takes great pride in their work and are the industry leader in customer service satisfaction! I am so very happy I took my vehicle to Gerber Collision!

All the body damage was completely repaired to 110% extremely clean on the inside and out when returned expected great service but they went over and beyond will be back for sure if you ever need more bodywork
