The final product looks great. The fact that the incorrect parts were ordered and put on and then had to be taken off to put new parts on again is not great.

I never received any calls with status updates. I had to call every week and updates were minimal detail. I still don’t know the final story as to how the wrong parts got put on my car, but my car was in the shop for over a month and then an additional two weeks to fix the error. Again, no one called to advise me of that. I called in for status and it was mentioned very casually.

our courtesy lights are not coming on. we can’t find the key ignition slot at night. Car looks great, however. I’m sure this problem can be corrected when we come back for the new mirror that was cracked.
