I got rear ended right before new years and suffered physical and emotional distress, my car did amazing and protected me while the other car was demolished. I was very very relieved to have Gerber Collision and Glass take care of my car. I got text message updates from Heather weekly and it was amazing. I felt at ease, and they did an extraordinary job repairing her, it looks unbelievable. I have felt very fortunate and lucky to have had such great treatment. I was happy to get updates and was happy to wait for parts to come in because I knew it would take time to fix. Seeing my car for the first time after being fixed was honestly kind of emotional, I love her and am so happy it wasn’t totaled. I highly recommend this place for repairing anything, maybe I can convince them to help me get my life together now because they do a great job at fixing things!!!! I am more than happy to make more amazing memories with my car, she has taken me everywhere and was taken amazing care of here.

I would like to mention some specifics. Even though I only had a bumper repair I didn’t feel like I was kept in the loop very often. In addition, I wasn’t notified when my car was ready. I had to call to find that out. The lady that answered the phone was rude and unsympathetic. However, Paul went over and above to stay until I arrived after five. He went over all the changes that were done to my car and made sure that I was completely satisfied and understood all of the repairs. He was calm, knowledgeable, and sympathetic. I really appreciate him going the extra mile especially after being a new employee.
