The staff was great - especially Liz! She gets 10 stars! The only thing was that my car was returned to me with the interior unclean after the repairs…white dust everywhere which I was able to see in the daylight (picked my car up on a dark rainy afternoon). This white dust is somewhat tacky so not easy to remove and I can take the car to the car wash for a few months due to the paint job done. Other than that it was a good experience and I would recommend them!

I would NEVER recommend Gerber Collisions to NOBODY. I carried my car to them they put the wrong color bumper on my car with a big gap they thought. I wasn't gonna notice it because. I was a WOMAN. talked to the Manger he said they was gonna get it right. Carried my car back again they keep it for 2 days the put the same bumper back on my car like really you put the same bumper back on my car. Never go to Gerber Collisions on Wade Hampton Greer.

I truly appreciated the texts from Jason and the phone calls from Amy and the lady who helped me at the shop this morning when I picked up my car! She even took care of turning in my rental car for me! That’s service with a smile that you can count on! Y’all made me feel at ease and I knew that you were taking great care of my car! The finished product is amazing! Great craftsmanship in repairing the body work on my car! Y’all are the best and I definitely recommend you and your work!
