My entire experience was great. Associates were friendly and easy to communicate with. My car was repaired quickly and looked wonderful when finished. They made sure the rental car was taken care of as well.

This was the best repair experience I have ever had. The service was performed exactly as promised and I was informed every step of the process. The repair itself was absolutely perfect and exceeded any expectations. The staff is exceptional and their customer service is better than anyplace I have ever dealt with. I appreciated the calls from Jason at Gerber regarding the updates for how the repair was coming along. Also, Amy the receptionist was helpful answering my questions over the phone. Pick up was easy and the car looks great. Amy made me aware of the lifetime warranty on the repair while I own my car.

Car looks OK… I feel like the repair was rushed… The technician left a sloppy job inside the back of the car… Glue marks and fingerprints. I don’t think the paint was cured correctly… I was told not to wash my car for two months. Not to mention the repair took one month It was cool I got to drive a Cadillac but Ehh Not stellar communication.
