Its definitely not done right dang hood is not aligned and hood is rubbing paint off newly painted fender door trim not even on the car not happy at all

A two day repair of a mirror ( which was what they stated ) turned into 9 days. In the beginning they were good about updates on the app, but when the deadline passed it was radio silence from them. I had to call for updates. Lots of excuses (wrong part and delay getting new part were given)

A used mirror was installed, and likely due to the insurance. I don't have a problem with that. However, the mirror was caked with dirt and not cleaned. To be clear, the dirt was where the mirror hinged to be able to fold.

Very simple repair. Basic mirror replacement and basic windshield replacement. Took 4 weeks to schedule. Then the wrong parts were ordered. Windshield wasn't even there. I had to call multiple times to get answers and updates. When Allison called me late Thursday, she had an attitude. Finally was able to get the repair complete.
