Everything was generally maintained and fixed well on my Honda civic I recently had repaired. My only gripe would be that we made note of a scratch on my passenger side to be fixed, which did not get finished. Other than that the wait on the car considering how busy they are was not bad at all at only a couple of weeks and the bumper looked spectacular

This company bribes customers for 10/10 ratings. Three separate people (including the GM who called me and left me a voicemail with this info) told me that if I can leave a review and if I leave "all 10s" they'll enter me into a drawing for a giveaway. That is called bribery LOL. Before I selected Gerber as the shop for my repairs through Grange, I looked at the customer reviews. This process of theirs totally undermines that and makes their reviews meaningless. Big time terrible practice.

The only complaint I have is that I was expecting to get an estimate of completion sooner. Once I was contacted the communication was great and the excellent work was completed ahead of schedule.
