A used mirror was installed, and likely due to the insurance. I don't have a problem with that. However, the mirror was caked with dirt and not cleaned. To be clear, the dirt was where the mirror hinged to be able to fold.

Very simple repair. Basic mirror replacement and basic windshield replacement. Took 4 weeks to schedule. Then the wrong parts were ordered. Windshield wasn't even there. I had to call multiple times to get answers and updates. When Allison called me late Thursday, she had an attitude. Finally was able to get the repair complete.

While it was not a ton of damage. The staff from the start was friendly from the front desk to Allison my adjuster. Service was great and repair looks fantastic.

Since you were very busy and had a technician get ill, it took a bit longer than expected, and that's ok. We would have appreciated notification of what was going on during the time after the automated daily updates stopped.

The finished quality is not good. There are pits, dirt and heavy orange peel in the paint. Just an awful finish. That being said, the folks in the office are nice.
