Great experience overall. I would definitely use your company again. The only change I would make is to update the system daily to show if there is a part that did not come in which delays the original finish time. I was on the day there on Friday 12/5 thinking it was ready to be picked up because there was no update telling me otherwise. Granted, the system did not say finish, ready to be picked up either. However, a quick update pushing the date out would’ve been helpful considering I had asked for time off to leave early to pick it up. Luckily I called on the way and that’s when I was informed.
