Steven was very knowledgeable about the damage to my truck and the process in which it would be repaired. He communicated all of these items through text messages as my truck went through the repair process. This was very helpful. It was much appreciated. Zoey was extremely helpful with dealing with the claims through the insurance company. She handled everything effortlessly and made the experience very easy. thank you to all the personnel at Gerber.
