Steven was very knowledgeable about the damage to my truck and the process in which it would be repaired. He communicated all of these items through text messages as my truck went through the repair process. This was very helpful. It was much appreciated. Zoey was extremely helpful with dealing with the claims through the insurance company. She handled everything effortlessly and made the experience very easy. thank you to all the personnel at Gerber. I certainly will recommend and always use Gerber collision and glass when the need arises.

The repair job was done quickly and clean! The repair technician/team Did a great job with the repairs and even completely reversed the slight dent on the driver door, to the point I can’t tell it was ever repaired! The technician that handed my keys even helped with a quick fix of a stuff mark on the driver door handle. I appreciate the Gerber Team for repairing my vehicle, and will come back if I ever need any repairs in the future!

No real complaints. The people I dealt with they were both very nice people no doubt but I'm really disappointed that I wasn't made aware that I wasn't going to have a backup camera anymore which I used a lot backing up to my trailer to see if we could have figured out something some kind of way to get one put on which I'm going to have to do now
