It’s been a very long time since I experienced the kind of customer service that I received from Steve and his crew at Gerber Collision and Glass in Grovetown. From the moment I dropped my car off until I picked it back up, there was nothing I had to do. They handled everything, keeping me updated daily on the progress of my car. They were all very friendly, did excellent work and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent car repair shop.

If there were a bigger number, I would give them that number. It has been a very long time since I felt so valued as a customer. Steve and his crew were so welcoming and did an excellent job on the repair of my car. I just can’t say enough about them. It was customer service at its very best. I am already spreading the word about how great they are and if I ever need repairs in the future, I’ll definitely be going back to them.
