Steve is a surgeon!!! I immensely appreciated being updated. My truck was completed ahead of schedule. I was immediately impressed when Steve showed me the passenger side of my truck!!! He is an asset to Gerber in Grovetown. He perfectly balanced professionalism with being personable. I really felt like a welcomed customer instead of a number.

I had an excellent experience with Gerber Collision & Glass! I would especially like to thank Mr. Stephen, the estimator, for taking such great care of my repair process from start to finish. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and kept me well informed every step of the way. The company is very diligent with their automated updates and detailed communication, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When I got my car back, it looked brand new! Mr. Stephen explained that there was significantly more internal damage than what was visible cosmetically, and he made sure everything was properly addressed. He even cleared my engine light issues. I truly appreciate the professionalism and quality of service. A big thank you to Mr. Stephen and the team! Highly recommend!
