I had used Gerber for a car repair when it was John Harris. I had a huge scratch down the entire side of my car. I had gotten quotes from 4 shops in the area. They were all within dollars of each other so ultimately I choose John Harris because of location. They did a tremendous job. Months later I needed another repair and because of my prior experience I took it back to John Harris it was now called Gerber. When I got my car back from them, it had 2 new scratches that were not there. And the bumper they "fixed" was completely out of alignment. They also took way too long to fix it costing me $600 in rental fees. They quoted me 3 days and I dropped it off on a Monday and did not get it back until the folloqing Tuesday (8 days later) They did fix my alignment issue and paid for my rental.... that only took a day and half. The guy with a beard was very rude and said that I was lying that those other scratches were there. The owner was very nice!! Not sure I would return there?!?!
