I realize there are supply chain disruptions for parts. Better communication would have me in a rental for a shorter period.

People were very responsive and friendly when I called. The parts order was delayed a week because the dealer didn’t enter it into their system, which caused me an extra week of rental fees. I would like to see staff more proactive on these delays.

These people are the nicest, friendliest people I’ve ever met in my life. I really appreciate them so much, the best part about it they took care of my car and said if I had any issues I could always bring it back without any complaints. I highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you paying out of pocket or the insurance is covering for it, they are going to take care of you regardless.
