I would recommend the shop on Manhattan in Harvey simply because it seemed they took more pride in their work. As I said, when my daughter got her car back from them, it looked brand new. Unfortunately, it looked like someone had been out on a mud run before getting into my vehicle. In my opinion, the entire interior should have been covered.

The body work looked fine. However, the interior of my car was filthy when I picked it up. Mud, especially on the gas and brake pedals, dust everywhere from top to bottom of entire SUV. I have always kept my car pristine, so to see this, I was really disappointed. My daughter had her car repaired at a different Gerber and it was a completely different experience. Her car had been cleaned inside and out before we picked it up, and that’s what I was expecting.
