On arriving at Gerber I did a walk around with their representative. We both found a crease in the rear bumper below the tailgate. She called her supervisor who reviewed it and saw the same. He told me to bring the car back on Monday and it would be taken care of. Upon showing it to my wife in our driveway we discovered the horizontal reflector above the liscrnse plate was also cracked. I called.to report it but the shop was closed and voice mail box was full. I’ll communicate with the shop on Monday am to get these resolved. The other work done was fine and the team was apologetic about the issue.
