Did ok work on what you chose to replace, missed a bent rim, two bad wheel bearings, and a broken strut assembly on my friends Mazda CX-5 and took no steps to make it right, costing her an extra $1500. You knew you could say this was previous damage and there was nothing she could do about it. The definition of slimy business tactics, I’ll tell everyone I know that’s considering your shop about this, the correct course of action would be to reach out to her and reimburse her, but you won’t.
