The driver side had a sufficient scratch in between bumper and side panel, that was not there on drop off. Paint over spray in that area and bumper cover. The wheel trim that was replaced had scratches from being bumped with their equipment. Plus now I have to return for it to repaired again and pay for 2 more days of car rental. I am handicapped and not able to get in and out of small compact cars.

After the work was done I had to bring the vehicle back to have poor workmanship fixed. Front head light alignment needed to be fix along with Adjustment the hood. After having that done a week later when I had to open the hood it would not work, when they adjusted the hood it was so tight that the latch would not open the hood. I have give thirty minutes to have the shop adjust all this . Now I have to drive back again. I also notice chip marks around the hood that were not there before.. what a hassle

Have had vehicles repaired at Gerber in Zeeland/Holland multiple times and always great results and great service. Wouldn't take my cars anywhere else. The GM there really knows his stuff and his staff is top notch.
