We had to bring our car in twice within 1.5 yrs. Don't remember who the manager was the first time. Austin was on the case for sure this time. He got our car back to us in 3 days. Saving us alot of money in rental fees. But I would highly recommend this location. 5 star service. Hopefully we'll never have to use Gerber or any other body shop again. But who knows, the way people drive. The woman that hit us could have not care less because this being a "no fault".state!

Scratches were not fixed as discussed during the inspection which was one of the reasons I went with Gerber. Hood not aligned with bumper. I spent hours trying to find a bumper online for Gerber to use.
