Front end had two appointment dates for me. I identified it would be out of town prior to the repair being started. I had to call while out of the country and identify that the repair was still happening and that I was out of the country. I then received four more phone calls to verify that I was going to be coming in to get the work done. Poor communication on the front end and between employees.

The customer service was amazing at Gerber Holly Hill. They kept me informed daily as the progress of my repair. Everybody there was very friendly. Their relationship with the car rental company was seamless and very convenient for me. They detailed my car inside and out before I took delivery! I would definitely recommend this company anybody needing body work on their vehicle

Gerber Collision and Glass did an amazing job on my jeep compass. It was ready on time just before my trip which was amazing. The work looked super nice and clean. I am super happy with how it came out. They also kept me updated with my car and would let me know if anything had happened. They also answered all of my questions that I had.
