I am happy with the end result. There were several issues with the car that I found and had to bring it back twice. They happily fixed the issues but I feel that they should have noticed these issues and delivered the car defect free the first time.

Repair took over 2 weeks for a 3 day job. Communication was poor. Twice we were told the car was going into paint, when it obviously was not. I understand problems arise - broken paint booth, sick employees. However as your customer those shouldn't have turned into MY problem. The length of time I was inconvenienced because of this was extraordinarily long considering the minor repairs that were needed on my car.

Was happy with the work on the car however, I had to call multiple times to get updates on progress. Everyone was very professional and nice to talk to, I just wish the call would have been initiated by someone at Gerber.
