Repair is flawless. Some issues with communication about completion date. Was told more than once that completion was expected to be on a given date. When I called on that date I was informed that Gerber was still waiting on parts. Maybe no completion date until all parts are in??

I just wanted to say Gerber did a really good job on fixing the scratch on vehicle.They really took good care of my vehicle.When I got it back I was amazed on how good it looked when it was done.The staff their was really friendly.Would recommend Gerber to anyone who needs to get their auto body fixed.Keep up the great work.

I’m rating this because when I looked at the repair the day I picked it up it looked great.On Sunday I looked at my car under the sun and noticed the door handles weren’t painted and the left mirror was not painted.I know it was supposed to to blended in however the mirror is an exception because it was not around the area of repair.But the doors were painted and after looking it under the sun was disappointing because it was to different colors.Other than that everything else was fine.

The only negative about my repair was the time for completion. A factor that the shop had no ability to manage, however all of the time it took to implement the parts happened extremely quickly and the repair looks amazing.

I appreciate the fast turn around on repairing my car. Front desk staff and the estimater that did the initial estimate on my car nothing but true professionals. I appreciated the updates on the repairs and the pictures of the damage when I asked to see the damage. Mahina is a true professional. I did see a couple things i had concerns with prior to taking my car and Mahina was gracious to address my concern and can't wait to get the part fixed. I do like the lifetime warranty on the repairs done. Thank you all for what you did. True professionals.
