Phenomenal communication with regular updates throughout the repair process. All staff from my initial call requesting an appointment for estimate, dropping off my vehicle and obtaining a rental car, to completing paperwork and inspection of vehicle at pick up were polite, professional, and proficient. Although I hope I never need body repairs on my vehicle in the again, I would definitely contact Gerber Collision in the future if needed.
