I can't speak on the price (my insurance paid for most of the repairs so I didn't pay to much attention) However I can speak on their customer service and the over all job they did. Both I would give. 10/10. They were very straight forward on everything they were going to do, how long they thought it would take, they kept in contact while they had my car, and even got it done early. I just had a fender bender, but now I can't even tell. They wiped down and cleaned some inside my car. So great customer service and great job done.

Everything works on the Mitsubishi outlander except... When you put the vehicle in reverse the sensors do not pick up when somebody is behind you it used to make a beeping sound now it does not make that beeping sound that is very critical to the SUV

The quality of the work is fine the professionalism of the staff is fine but I'm still waiting on my Mitsubishi outlander rims... Every time I call it seems that I get the run around too wit... I'll have someone call you back but nobody does.....

There's nothing wrong with customer service you're always greeted and treated with respect they always have a nice smile they're always willing to shake your hand and they answer the questions without all the extras they get right to the point

Friendly staff, was updated on the progress from start to finish ! Didn’t take long on repairs and if anything unexpected came up they were very informative and reassuring. Overall the car repair was great, my car look good as new. I would give this a five star rating and recommend Gerber Collision to strangers, friends, and families !
