Gerber Collison is definitely a 5 Star company! All the service personnel were friendly, courteous and professional. My repair work was done sooner than anticipated and the end result looked like new. I also requested an estimate for an additional minor repair, unrelated to the collison repair. Matt went over and above when he took care of that issue without any additional charge! It is obvious customer service is their top priority!

I was unsatisfied with the amount of time it took to fix my vehicle. I did not like getting the text saying that my vehicle completion date is being pushed back instead of someone physically calling me and telling me why the day is being pushed back. After not having my vehicle for the first two weeks, I called to see what the issue was, and I finally spoke to someone that said that the first week they sent the wrong part.Then, the second week the part was damaged and that they were waiting on another part. The repair that I actually paid out of pocket for was completed before the repair that the insurance was paying for. I just didn't like the lack of communication. And actually calling me and telling me what's going on instead of sending text messages saying that my vehicle completion day is being pushed back and not explain why it's being pushed back

The day my car was finished, I was recovering from a heart procedure and couldn’t drive. The shop not only brought my repaired car to my house but they also took the rental car back to their shop for Enterprise to pick it up.
