I was pleased with the repairs, but I was VERY MUCH dissatisfied with being given an estimate that was approximately $143.00 more than what I anticipated paying for the retrieval of my vehicle. As the persons working on my car realized that my total would be more than the initial estimate, I should have been effectively notified by text or phone. For future reference, when perspective customers are given an online quote, there is an expectation of paying that exact amount. I simply view your estimate process as DECEPTIVE advertising. I sincerely hope that your organization will make future strides to rectify this poor process.
