The customer service was stellar from start to finish. I was updated at every step. They even took some extra steps to assure all was well with my vehicle. I was preparing to leave for a trip, and got a call that my vehicle was completed early. So they delivered my vehicle to my house. They literally went the extra mile.

In my 67 years they provided the absolute best customer service I have encountered! I worked for 45 years in the insurance industry and strived to make employees more customer focused! They need to hire the team at Gerber!! The updated and friendliness of the staff astounded me. I don’t experience that in today’s world! You can bet I would use them again if needed AND will tell my friends and family!
