Aveion has been amazing during this process. The parts and pieces in the process were always moving in the background! Any time I had a question, she was more than willing to explain in a way that was easily understood. She was very friendly and displayed a customer-first attitude.

I only ever received an update when I called, not sure if that’s normal, it’s not what I was told. When I dropped off my car, I was told they’d be in contact during every step but I never heard from them. I’m happy with the job they did but wished I hadn’t been in the dark during that process. I’d also like to note that when I called for an update, the person answered the phone saying “hello?” and I had to ask if it was Gerber. My mistake in not saving the number immediately, I called the number that called me, I thought I had reached out to the receptionist’s cell phone.

Completed before projected date and I was updated throughout the process and when I finally got the Telluride back it was fixed and the exterior and interior cleaned! The staff was professional too.
