I used Gerber Collision at Evergreen and the customer service was excellent through the entire process. In addition the repair was completed properly and completely the first time. My car looks great and has been restored to what it looked like new. I cannot say enough about how great the workmanship and service was. Thank you so much. I hope these folks are paid well because honestly it’s hard to find people that are courteous and care about quality anymore. You have a great group at this shop!

From the time my car was dropped off to finished the repair process and progress was communicated weekly. I was also able to access the repair/parts charges as they happened. Most importantly, the staff was always police and professional despite my questions. Good customer service is rare and I hope you guys know that you have an awesome group and I also hope they are compensated/paid well.

This has been an extremely positive experience! Gerber was able to take my car exactly when I requested and it was ready exactly when promised. The work is perfect!! My 8-year-old car looks like a new car!! The staff returned it clean and it had been left in the garage so it wouldn't be covered with pollen! Staff members were competent, caring, and concerned in every way. I don't want to have to have my car repaired again, but this is definitely where i would bring it if I did!

The repair was done perfectly. The interior of my car however looked as though it had been ransacked with part of my console missing and paperwork from the glove compartment disheveled and shoved into their original spot. I do not understand why the console was even opened, much less rummaged through.
