The staff was incredibly friendly. It took a long time to get in, which I understand. But I was frustrated that when we got the car back, it had not been completely repaired. So we are trying to get it back for the few items that were not done correctly the first time.

In terms of quality, repair was great as parts matched well. Some trim around window did not fit tightly. There was a slightly noticeable difference from original in the paint surface but color was great.
