Customer service was great keeping me in touch weekly on what my car is doing and when it will be ready. But I did take me over a month and a half to get it fixed. Also I can’t open my trunk anymore with my remote so that needs to be taken care of.

My car looks good, but when I got it back it needed an oil change. I took care of that. The temperature reading no longer works, it says 50’ without changing. Overall i am satisfied with the repairs. My car looks good.

The communication was great at first but i had to call the last week. I received a call back when i left a message. I rated it an 8 because i called to see when my car would be ready because i had not heard anything and it was overdue. It was 4:09 pm after checking Wanda said they are doing last minute checks so i could get it that day. I told her that i worked in Saluda so only if i left right then could i be there by 5:30. She just said, “ so is that what you’re going to do?” Of course, i cannot just run out of the office like that! I told her that I’d be there in the morning. She was rather short with me, maybe she had something else going on.
