Gerber Collision handled my repair satisfactorily. I was asked to bring my car on a Saturday morning, but it turns, out no work was done on my car until the following Friday. That's a long time to go without a car when no repair work was taking place. I could have brought it on the following Friday and would have saved a week of rental. Once the shop got started, the repair moved quickly and my car was ready 5 days later.
