The repair was fine but the car had a lot of fine scratches all over. I think it may due to the car being washed but I can't be sure. But I don't remember the car having scratches.

I have alway used your company since it was Auto body Hawaii. However, I was not happy with the scratches in the paint.

Working with Levi was a pleasure. He was professional and well qualified, I enjoyed working with him. The Model S is a six figure BEV luxary performane vehicle and I would not take it just anywhere for even minor bodywork. I know cars well, with decades of experience, and Gerber met my expectations, which is saying a lot... mahalo

Brand new wing has visible scratches on it that can feel by touch. The hood has visible scratches from orbital sander that was used. Dust can be seen and felt all over hood that was redone. Dust on driver side above door can be seen and felt that was redone. Dust above rear bumper can be seen and felt that was redone. Around the rear passenger light has a razor cut and my rubber seal around driver door was cut. I called to bring it back but was told by the clerk that she needs to talk with general manager and estimator Levi on August 3, 2026. Today is 8/6/26 and received no call. There also was white dust smudges on the inside of rear hatch. Very bad for a non collision repair.

The work appears to be well done. The length of time to do repairs seemed excessive (5weeks). There was also no communication or updates concerning the repairs or delays.

Very helpful with the process of getting my pilot repaired. Fast repair service. Even washed and cleaned the inside of my car. I appreciate it. I take care of my elderly parents and special needs daughter also work I never have the time to wash and clean my car.
