Marsha at the front desk of the location I went to is very rude and never lets you talk to the person handling your vehicle. She said she would have them call me back, they never did and then when I asked for an update, she told me the location only gives updates on certain days. I had to have my insurance call to get information about the status of my vehicle.

My car looks great! My car is 12 years old & the paint matches perfectly. The job was done one day earlier than expected. Gerber gave me a ride when I dropped my car off & picked me up when job was done. I am pleased with the outcome and the customer service. Thank you Gerber for a job well done.

Did not like receiving Ai generated text messages stating my truck estimated completion date to be August 25, 2026. All other services were ok. Truck was completed in 5 working days vs the original estimated date of completion was 4 working days. Repairs on my truck look great. Restored to original appearance. Thank you.
