After we picked up the vehicle, the lift gate would only open 1-2 feet. We didn't know that the settings hadn't been changed to a full opening after the repair. Otherwise, great work!

Came in to pick up my car and there was a scratch on the door. Looked at photos and agreed it happen at Gerber. They immediately agreed to fix it. That was very nice and helpful. It’s costing me yet another three more days of an expensive car rental.

I spoke with Cory on the week of July 6 and informed him that I did not believe the chip in my Audi was performing correctly. My gas mileage has reduced quite a bit from prior to the wreck and the chip setting on an Audi can adjust the mileage. He told me he would check into it and get back with me after he spoke with the people who worked on it. He said if they could not fix it in house he would make an appointment at Audi for me that would be charged to Gerber.. I have not received a call back from Corey on this issue.
