It’s a 50-50 ratio, time management was their only problem. They did a wonderful job otherwise.

They took 2 months on my car which should’ve been no more than 3 weeks at the most, considering the back order, which shouldn’t have happened if they were to order the right size items needed in the first place. Great place, great service, lack time management.

When on the phone, someone was being rude and sounded like they didn’t want to be there but the mechanics were very understanding and helpful and kept me In the loop with my cars progress and situations. In person the front desk was very nice and friendly.

Chase confirmed OEM hood replacement. Then left the Riverside location. Truck was returned with aftermarket hood, not the OEM hood Chase confirmed.

Customers service is amazing i didn’t have a single issue with anyone. They were very helpful and making sure I had the best experience. Unfortunately the condition of my vehicle isn’t what I expected from a collision shop. Scratch and Chipped bumper, pieces that go to my bumper aren’t in place. I’m afraid to wash my vehicle because of things not in places.
