While I am satisfied with the work that was done to my vehicle, I was not pleased with the customer service.

After I took my car in for the estimate, I have to do a follow up call to request the quote. Then I had to call back the following week to ask to schedule the repair and was told that it was cancelled because I didn’t sign the authorization form but it was not provided to me. Once I signed the form no one followed up with me and I had to call back again at which time, I was told that they would have to see if the claim was still active. Again, no one called me back. So, I had to call back again and finally was able to schedule the repair about a month since I initially brought it in for the quote.
