Gerber Collision & Glass was very wonderful the staff was very approachable and very professional as well. Tanya was very communicative when addressing important details with my appointment. Geo was very approachable and gave me ease of mind. The technicians were very skilled and was able to complete the work and in very fast and timely manner. I drop off my car on a Thursday and it was done by next week Wednesday!

Took my car in, Camille was friendly, knowledgeable. Kylan was friendly but no communication. Picked up my car, heard a nail in tire they were already closed, on my way to the store tire went flat, completely down to the rim. Was able to get help from a family member to plug the hole. Next day I call them left a voicemail and no return call back so I send an email. My hood was not flush how it was prior to the accident. Tried to schedule a few times only to be told I can just walk in. Did walk in to fix the problem and it looks the same. I sent comparison photos they claim there is nothing more that can be done. So my hood is not fixed and this whole thing has completely been a nightmare for me. Going back to the tire I explained to Kylan that replacing just 1 of my tires was going to mess with the ride of my vehicle. He suggested he’d talk to the GM and get back to me, over 1.5 weeks later and still nothing back yet.
