Communication between the company and client was extremely poor. I had a scheduled appointment for something that should not have taken 3.5 weeks and was never updated. Had to call at 3 weeks and was told I would be called back and was not. Had to recall to get a response. In addition was told I would be sent the estimate and didn’t get sent via email and had to call myself to ask again for it

Repairs were not complete on the vehicle. The air conditioning is not working, and I believe that components for the rear AC in the back of the car were damaged. Now that I already have the car back, this is extending time to get the car fully back to working order while I figure out next steps to address the AC issue.
