I never got an update without having to 1st call in. Every person I talked to on the phone had a different time/date for pick up, which was different than the texts that I received. I also never filled out the feedback paperwork, but instead it was filled out for me and not accurate to what I would have given for ratings. Originally, I was told that I would be called and given an estimate of cost and what was going to be worked on. Not only did I not receive this phone call, but when I called, I was told the car was already being repaired, which I was unaware about. At time of pickup, I was told that the tire pressure alert was turned off, which it was not. Overall, the customer service and lack of communication was frustrating during the entire process.
