After picking the car up today the coolant light turn on and the from drivers side light is foggy and wet. This was not the case before my car got to sent to the shop. The communication was very poor during my fix. I got multiple messages saying it would be done on the 15th of July. The 15th of July came and I wait to hear and I heard nothing so I called late afternoon. At that point they told me it would be another week. They reported they ordered the wrong parts twice. Then offered a car rental which the only thing available was a minivan. This was no where near an equivalent match to my landrover. Now I have to bring the car back again after them having it for a full month. Very frustrating process.

Communication was very poor. Wasn’t told vehicle was not being serviced at location that I booked through. Then wasn’t told again when it was moved to a third location. Was told that I would get calls when it arrived at the other location and weekly updates, never received any of that. Had to call multiple times, separately for VIN information, insurance information even though that was provided at booking and payment information.

Repair was done in a timely matter and looks great. Unfortunately the front center console inside got a small burn hole on it while it was being worked on. I showed it to an employee when I picked it up and he took pictures of it. I was disappointed to see that there were still small pieces of glass on the interior.

Friendly and helpful. Appreciated the communication and updates.
