100% satisfied. Friendly staff that kept me updated throughout the process. Even.made the tental process easy. Was able to pick up and drop off the rental car right there working with the rental company. It's the only body shop I will ever work with from here on out!

The collision with the deer happened during one of the most difficult and emotional times of life: the letting go of our mom, watching the woman who loved us first leaving us forever. Your team was sympathetic and kind to us as we navigated getting our truck repaired while we weren't entirely thinking clearly. The patience and understanding and the amazing customer service every member of the Gerber Collision team had with us every step of the way from coordinating with our insurance to the communication as each milestone was accomplished was extraordinary. I am not happy with the paint job. I spoke with the manager and it is scheduled to be repainted on Monday, Sept. 2lst. They can not make it perfect, but he said it would be better.
