The repair journey with Gerber Collision was extremely easy. They kept us informed of the timeline and status of the repair; they communicated with our insurance agent and the repair was done in a timely fashion with a quick turnaround. The repaired car was gorgeous. The whole car just shines, even though the repair was only on the driver's side rear door.

I asked to to have additional things looked at the passenger side door needed to touch up paint and the windshield was cracked. Was hoping to have the car there get it completed never heard back until after service was completed and I requested information again.

Someone hit our parked Honda Pilot and did a real number on it - damage ran from the driver’s door all the way up to the front bumper.From the start Landon M. Was straightforward about the process, kept us updated, and handled the insurance side without us having to chase anyone down. When we got the Pilot back, it looked like the accident never happened - paint matched perfectly, panels lined up clean, no shortcuts. Professional, communicative, and clearly took pride in the work. Highly recommend.
