Slight hiccup with pickup because a scanner wasn't working. Extended pickup by a day and made the following day a little more dicey because of a planned appointment.

Very happy with the consistent updates while repairs were being done. It was also very nice to see that our vehicle was washed and vacuumed before we picked it up. This was the smoothest body shop experience we’ve had in years!

I appreciate the work that Gerber Collision completed for my vehicle. My bumper was scratched and it was fixed. However, I did have to go back twice. The paint on the vehicle was chipped and the screws were not screwed all the way in.
