The work was done to make my car good as new. Darren was great with communication and keeping me up to date. The only issues were they did not show my appointment when I arrived. I had received a phone call on the 12th to set the date for the 23rd. They were still able to get me on the schedule. The first bumper that arrived was damaged, that was out of their control. Because of the damaged bumper, it took an extra day.

I was told that they would handle the rental car return, but they never did. Enterprise called me, asking when they would get their car back. I told Enterprise that it had been at Gerber for two days. My insurance company and I had to eat two extra rental days cost, because of the mis-handling. The manager seemed worried that the person I gave to the rental car keys to would mis-handle it. Spoiler alert: He did.

Repair looks good cosmetically. I can't tell about the alignment. Might be the crown of the road pulling, or it might be something else. Lane keeping assist also has an effect.
