I realize there may be delays from your subcontractors but as a customer, in order to plan whether to rent a car or not, it might be best to give a best date and a delay date. It’s hard to line up rides and determine if you need to rent a car if the only date given is the ideal date.

There was a long wait to get scheduled date and it was switched to another Gerber location the day before. Helpfulness at both locations was appreciated and I could drop off and pick up at original location.

We do not live in the Appleton area and have to drive 40 minutes to the location so we were not happy to find out that our car was moved to a different location than where we dropped it off at and the voicemail did not specify that our car was moved to a new location, so we drove to the original location to find out it was not there. Not good communication.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. An area to work on is communication. I dropped off Monday but only got an update on Thursday after I called. A follow up in person on Friday to let me know I wouldn't have my car till Monday or Tuesday would have been nice. Work done is very nice. I will recommend you.

The work performed on my Ram at the Kimberly location was great, they communicated very well and was accomadat8ng to my needs for pickup. The Appleton location which is where I dropped the truck off at, not so satisfied with. The communication was very poor, was not told that my truck was being sent to Kimberly and did not ask my permission if they drove it to that location. I wpuld use the Kimberly location again for future repair but won't even consider Appleton. When I had the estimate done in February they told me it was a 2 month wait to get it into Appleton and they had it 2 weeks before it was even pulled in, if it even made it into the Appleton shop.
