The process was very easy, Ruth even helped with figuring out what was going on with the rental car reservation when Enterprise said the reservation was closed. The repairs were completed a day sooner than originally expected.

It still makes sounds it didn't make before the accident but I probably should have got a lawyer but you guys did a great job of repairing a barly scratched bumper. The muffler is still louder. And turning and going over bumps still make alot of noise so im not really sure what to say. Great bumper paint job. Thanks. The other problems that wasnt their before the accident are still their new problems. So thanks for painting the bumper and I was told I had to replay with a 10 pr they fail. Not sure that the best way to get reviews that are honest. Im glad my car makes new sounds after the wreak. Thank you for painting the bumper and not fixing the sounds that are new. Not juat when breaking when turning when going over bumps. If it's the breaks amd rotator than why when I go over bumps. It now louder than when I dropped it off. But here is the 10 out of 10 response I was told I had to give!!!! Thanks again for makimg4k painting a bumper and not fixing anything

Told them the muffler sounded different after hit from behind. It sound different because it broke the weld from the exhaust pipe to the muffler, just like I told them. Also, there's still a squeak, in the front of the car that wasn't there before the wreck. I can include pics of needed. I was told my car didnt need that stuff fixed by someone working the front desk not a mechanic. Wish I could include pictures because I told them the muffler sounded different after hit from behind and they missed the exhaust pipe completely not connected. If someone made a mistake like that at my work they would be fired. Oh amd I was also told on leaving that I had to give them a 10 out of 10 or they fail. They got the 1. But they should have seen the muffler broken off from the exhaust pipe from the engine. I told them the muffler was alot louder since being hit from behind. But the only thing the front end lady care about was that my breaks and rotors needed replaced I knew that but they didnt make any noise before being hot from behind. I was their with my 6 months pregnant wife and nothing bit painting the bumper was done. But they took almost 3 weeks to do.that and charge like 4 or 5k. I was impressed with how much was charged and nothing was fixed. They should put the movie theater back their at least the moves did honest business
